Mr. Palley graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in International Business in 1991. He then went to the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1994.  After working for a high end life insurance company as a marketing consultant, Mr. Palley ran his own law practice for four years before joining the firm in 1999. Mr. Palley is an adjunct professor for the University of California Davis Extension teaching an estate

planning course in their Certified Financial Planning program. Mr. Palley's past list of  community involvement is long and includes: the Active 20-30 Club #1, River City Speakers Toastmaster's, The Sacramento Jewish Federation and is a past member of the state-wide California State University Alumni Council.  Mr. Palley is a member of the California Bar and the Sacramento Estate Planning Council.  Mr. Palley lives with his wife Kathleen and their two young children.
